That F&G must be part of the agreement btw the developer and the buyers. Whereby P1 don't have & the developer has no obligation & if once we can make it, is definitely a big BONUS for everyone. So unity = POWER like how Canting did. BY looking at the current occupancy rate it is abit disappointing now, perhaps need time, buy time.

How long did they take to rectify the defects? mine have similar problem. checking my defect this weekend.

Not sure, radio silence so far. I still yet to fully go through the whole house. Any forumers here can pin point the important areas that we need to pay more attention?

Their speed of rectifying defects is very slow. They fix all the easy ones and leave all the big ticket items outstanding. Roof Crack. Glass window not tight. Plenty of hollow tiles in toilet and gaps not filled properly.

Trapped water around Toilet drain hole.

Check for roof leaks as well.

I submitted the check list in April. Until now not done.

Can't you file a claimed if InP late to rectifying defects and fix it. Please read the SPA documents which status purchase have the right to do so aft the complain log in. 30 days for developer to act accordingly. Correct me if i m wrong.

Lots of issues with the recent INP deliveries. What are the reasons for the shoddy workmanship.. lack of monitoring by INP??. Hardly heard of major issues in earlier launches.

i was at my house in one fine afternoon when suddenly the air smell like someone just 'farted'. i believe this is the smell that come from the meru palm oil mill that is located less than a kilometer away from pentas location. is there anything one can do to fix this problem other than reporting it to mbsa? because i think as long as the mill is operating it clearly showing that mbsa is allowing it to operate near to this township. they are aware of the township is now halfway develope and people already start living in it. did someone talk to any SA regarding this and any news regarding the mill to be located elsewhere further away from any housing area?

i dont want to live in a house where i need to shut all windows all day long to avoid the smell from gettng in.

All my visible defects are done.... only leakage we found other than the porch roof would be the glass roof above stairway. How do you check roof leak?

Which Pentas 5 you referring to? For the last 28 units of Pentas 4, no news yet on launching date as I just called them yesterday.

May I know which I&P project in alam impian already moved in? TQ
