hi all, i visited pentas last sunday and went to pentas 4 construction site and saw this board. "cadangan membina 64 unit rumah teres 2 tingkat dan 28 unit 3 tingkat fasa a2-02c ....bla bla bla"

i remember last time when pentas 4 was launched it was supposed to be 92 units of 2 storey link house. based on the board is it possible they will launch next pentas with 3 storey?

if u coming from pentas 3 towards pentas 4 site, look to the futher left and u will see the board.

my visit to pentas 3 last weekend. one of the house door was open & there were workers doing some cleaning work i believe for the VP. managed to get into one of the houses. i took some photos. apparently syabas/tnb havent been installed yet.

Hello Pentas Owners,

I just collected my keys this week and did the fitting checks. I parked my car inside the porch and found the porch width is abit of disappointment. I attached here with some photos with my car inside the porch and through my initial experience it seems like it will be a bit of hassle to move in and out with 2 larger cars. I think it is because:
1. the porch pillars are bigger and wider unlike the other pentas phases.
2. the gate driveway is narrower.

I haven't done the defects check yet. There is a question regarding the master bathroom water heater. I observe there is no electric point to install an external water heater unit. I was told by the person who did the fitting check that the point is somewhere on the ceiling and the technician must climb on the ceiling and connect the wire from above. Then we can control it from outside. Because it was hot I didnt ask him further where the water heater unit will be installed. Maybe someone here can explain further.

Any owner here already did the water proofing check? I would appreciate any feedback.

I need a further clarification. im quite noob in this area. If we want to use our rainshower or mixer in the master bathroom, we need to install additional water heater storage tank for example JOVEN JH35? otherwise we wont be having hot water unless we install the normal external water heater?

And installing the water heater tank there is no requirement to install additional copper piping since it is included already with the standard pipe in pentas master bathroom?

And if we want to have the same thing in the other bathrooms (since there is no standard mixer) we need to install additional copper piping and have to hack the wall?

ehem.. just a small dumb question. pentas 3 owner, where is the switch to switch on the water pump located?

this is the photo of the shower water tap for bathrooms other than the master's in pentas 3. It look like normal water tap without mixer. I want to confirm if I want to install copper piping and have something similar to master bathroom, i need to change this tap to mixer tap?

According Mr Bakar (person in charge for maintenance) there is a stop cork valve at the water tank (the valve is on the ceilingas well) that need to be switched on then only we will have the water pressure. the pump is running. but no pressure due to stop cork. only owner who wishes to move in he will open it.

people with experience, for instant water heater, do u need to have one with built in pump? since our house is already installed water pump

i was at my house in one fine afternoon when suddenly the air smell like someone just 'farted'. i believe this is the smell that come from the meru palm oil mill that is located less than a kilometer away from pentas location. is there anything one can do to fix this problem other than reporting it to mbsa? because i think as long as the mill is operating it clearly showing that mbsa is allowing it to operate near to this township. they are aware of the township is now halfway develope and people already start living in it. did someone talk to any SA regarding this and any news regarding the mill to be located elsewhere further away from any housing area?

i dont want to live in a house where i need to shut all windows all day long to avoid the smell from gettng in.
