I think those tap with water supply from tangki will go through water pump. Some tap are direct from outside ha enuf water pressure, no need pump lo. So whole house water pressure should be very keng one ...

Need to clarify my earlier statement. For direct supply from external will not go thru pump. Example kitchen.
Pump is connect from tangki flow. U can ask plumber to connect with 3 direction valve - external, tangki, pump. This way you will enjoy better water pressure even no electricity as water will take from external.

Sometimes too high pressure is also not a good thing. My house pipe always leaking after installing water pump, not sure if its the piping problem or pump too strong. Have to repair the leakage and repaint ceiling due to these leakages

By looking at the current "moving in" speed, P4 get ready / VPed. P1/2/3 still quite empty

Almost every 2 weeks I go to AP (Pentas) to see the Development Progress on P4. I'd realized that P2 and P3 more occupancy then P1.

Edited:- Abu bakar say it should be 6 months but due to the occupants is not much they extend another 2-3 months. I already make a appointment for installation.
