Submitted the car porch leak defect to the developer. I have been informed many units could be affected but many owner has yet to lodge the claim.

Hope InP be more responsible to fix this on permanent basis and hope this shit won't happen again after the warranty period over!

How long did they take to rectify the defects? mine have similar problem. checking my defect this weekend.

Not sure, radio silence so far. I still yet to fully go through the whole house. Any forumers here can pin point the important areas that we need to pay more attention?

All my visible defects are done.... only leakage we found other than the porch roof would be the glass roof above stairway. How do you check roof leak?

My glass roof leak twice. Last time quite frequent rain so easily spot. Inp makassar worker came twice. Now confirmed no more leak.
Also u need to chk piping leak and need turn on pump for few days. My bathroom underneath pipe bocor and plaster ceiling gone. But those defect detect prior start reno. So they come replace all.
*
ang ang..... u said before reno u found leakage at bathroom underneath? downstairs? Your ground floor have plaster ceiling? or you meant porch area? Are you saying if any leakage happen at the untouched area after reno they tak layan? how la if we found leakage only after move in? :-(
