By looking at the current "moving in" speed, P4 get ready / VPed. P1/2/3 still quite empty hmm.gif

Almost every 2 weeks I go to AP (Pentas) to see the Development Progress on P4. I'd realized that P2 and P3 more occupancy then P1. sweat.gif

Can't you file a claimed if InP late to rectifying defects and fix it. Please read the SPA documents which status purchase have the right to do so aft the complain log in. 30 days for developer to act accordingly. Correct me if i m wrong.

Either the agent is not quoting for Pentas (but other smaller units) or is just another crappy agent. But by all means, people could just opt the wait and see approach, this is why some people own a number of properties but some never had the chance. Sales being slow does not necessarily mean lowered pricing. I&P is not a small/unknown developer. Those whom did their homework well would certainly appreciate this fact.

New Pentas 4 aka Pentas 5 build up and lay out are same as Pentas 4 (current on going) phase. However, due to most of their land size bigger and less intermediate units. IMHO, launching price might be same as Pentas 4 or higher. No way, InP will released with lower price. Nevertheless, their will launch as completed unit and ready to move in status.

Corner unit: 1,4,5,11,12,17,18,24,25,28

Inter: 2,3,6,7,8,9,10,13,16,19,20,21,23,26,27

End Lot: 14,15

Additional remarks: remember that many units are facing North (current Pentas 4's field) which will cost 20K more for all those units.

Time to force InP to implement GnF rather just seating here to post comment for those residence at Pentas 1 2 and 3 if you all are concern about the safety and security issues.
