Lrt good for 9-5 fella, flexi fella don't need that much.

Lets see.. Bangsar damansara heights tropicana taman tun.. all these area much more high end then alam impian..

I remember TTDI residents actually protested to have LRT passing through their taman, or am I wrong?i

LRT availability to conclude as high end area or not? Looks like Kampung Johan Setia will be on par with the mentioned high end area in a few years time. Something new I learn today.

2. Damansara heights got 2 mrt stations namely pusat bandar damansara & semantan
3. nobody said lrt area conclude high end but some1 said they wana keep alam impian area more exclusive with no train

these are all the old money areas....they were booming when the KLV population was half the current size.
when the population grow, it stimulates the growth of new townships.

AI is for the middle class, it has never targetted for high-end. Moreover, the townships that you mentioned have a good mixed of racial component + expatriates, and more vibrant. Location wise, they are closed to the center of gravity, the KL's CBD area.

AI only attract locals, and 75%-80% are from one race, therefore, it is not a fair comparison.

Bro i only mention cos he say alam impian is exclusive thts why no lrt lor.. Can refer above since AI very exclusive thts why no toll free road, beside sri muda, no shop etc..

By the way, theres quite a bit of new money in the above mentioned areas..

some part of alam impian flooded recently? anyone bole confirmkan ?

sometimes when heavy rain, the road towards TTDI projects may be flooded as the drainage system are clogged due to land clearing activity next to it, for I&P area, i think towards the end going towards econsave direction may have flooded when heavy rain
