come on.... freehold landed Good location with good Accessibility house quality is good design also nice although old fashion a bit house size also quite big New house vs kk old house nothing is perfect 1.
if got commercial price already much higher liao

The distance of these townships to CBD are almost the same. Investors there maybe can achieve their Max ROI and the residents may enjoy the Max comfort level of the township within a short period of time.
