yes definitely btr than alam impian r rimbayu canal city or bukit rimau aso.. I strongly sapot KK n bkt tinggi area with major commercial area..

house quality is good
design also nice although old fashion a bit
house size also quite big
New house vs kk old house
nothing is perfect 1.

if got commercial price already much higher liao

Agree. It needs to support with real transaction couple with all the units there must be fully occupied in order to ensure no significant room of price down adjustment so to reflect the true market value.

too many negative comments
basically bring out old issues that owner already aware of long time ago
Owner also don't want 2 waste energy on the argument
that why become quite

Tis is similar to BK @ Puchong which was developed by I&P
During early days, ppl said BK is no gud
Right now, ppl choose BK due to gud infrastructure plus recently opened BK 5 LRT Station

Agree. It's a matter of time to pick up no doubt. It's all up to the township planner how to optimize the ROI for the investor and create more value to the residents within the fastest time frame.

The recently launched Pendulin @ Bdr Rimbayu by IJM Land cost RM357 psf which is higher than AI hse @ RM320 +/- psf

It depends. kajang and semenyih developers are very aggressive and innovative.

The distance of these townships to CBD are almost the same. Investors there maybe can achieve their Max ROI and the residents may enjoy the Max comfort level of the township within a short period of time.
