Yup, can wait at least 2 decade first.

KK master plan also have access to putra height across sungai klang, the plan already 2 decade till now.

Cant blame I&P, commercial of this part of world only can rely to population of AI itself, just like remote island, no outsider willing to go in, so personally think 10 years later, also cannot ong.

this taman is like landlocked island... nobody wish to go in unless those staying there.

Thus, commercial surelydead for another 20 years.

SP is serious about Alam Impian. That’s the only tip I can give you. As SP adds more commercial, the overall pricing of the township will increase as it becomes more vibrant. Of course SP also want to sell houses at a higher price maaaaaaa. 

Anyway I have no doubt SP will be able to sell.

SP Setia management, ahem~~~ u know i know la. some more AI is landlocked area with toll, no matter what shop /mall is built, outsider wont go in for visit.

SP Setia should start invest also in direct link to Seksyen 17 and 18 over the Klang river via Persiaran Raja Muda to give them access to Shah Alam town before building more houses or commercial

nvm, some just dont understand the commercial catchment, so best is remain as is, nobody go in and remain calm and breezy.

Oh yeah, toll can be keep extend and increase too, last time is 60cents, now already 90cents, not cant afford, just why must choose there for commercial activities.

Setia Alam not landlocked, huge catchment from meru,kapar,bbr and north klang.. easily over million catchment.

the rental here is good also, dont have tenant issue.
