Lol? You can't say like that la, you know how much a d800/d700 weights after adding a battery grip?
I'm sure as a wedding shooter himself, he's aware of the weight of battery grip.

Yeah, with what I have now, I would prefer only bringing the body and 24-70mm only next time.
Will no longer bring the 50mm, tripod and flash anymore. I'd rather improvise than having brokeback with the gears
For landscape shots can just get something to rest the DSLR on. With a tripod mount attach to the body + lens with lens cap, the entire camera can "stand" perfectly linear and stable XD
The trick to lugging heavy stuff during trips is having lighter accessories like CF tripod and better ballheads and have different camera bags to suite different configurations and gears.
More camera bags ! Yes.

Yes, shoot with P first since you are still very new

And try shooting out in the sun (7-9am or 5-7pm are very good times for good photos), your photos will be better, with less tendency to become blurred.
With P mode, you will notice your photos will mostly be blurred under dimmed conditions (indoors/night shooting etc.), its normal.
To aid in low light slow shutter shooting, you will need to mount your camera on a tripod.

Nikon 1AW1?

Berapa harga? I'm afraid that if I have to ask, I would not be able to afford it.
