QUOTE(PF T.J. @ Oct 9 2013, 10:37 AM) QUOTE(celciuz @ Oct 9 2013, 10:40 AM) So far I think for wedding actual day, I think getting another D700 would work better. Ok thanks. I have the budget for the camera only.Somehow I prefer my D700 over D800 for actual wedding day... the D800 is less tolerant to shakes. Because the most disturbing part is i saw 32gb is only 400 raw photos for D800. I need to upgrade pc again later. D700, 16gb i cant get 1000+ raw photos. Imagine the hard drive i need to store those. That is gila weh Tolerant to shakes? explain please. |

For vacation. A full frame (d800 or d700 or any). Grip. plus 28mm and 50mm enough.

QUOTE(mingyuyu @ Oct 10 2013, 07:52 PM) QUOTE(PF T.J. @ Oct 10 2013, 08:11 PM) Yeah, with what I have now, I would prefer only bringing the body and 24-70mm only next time. haha Will no longer bring the 50mm, tripod and flash anymore. I'd rather improvise than having brokeback with the gears For landscape shots can just get something to rest the DSLR on. With a tripod mount attach to the body + lens with lens cap, the entire camera can "stand" perfectly linear and stable XD For night shots can use handphone torchlight to bounce light from walls/ people with white shirt LOL If only I have a mirrorless XD Still, long time to go before my next trip~ Still editing my photos from Phuket maybe my next trip to dubai this jan, i will try bring my d700 grip and 24-70mm. see how it goes. or myabe if i have my money, buy a 28mm and go with 28mm and 50mm only |

QUOTE(PF T.J. @ Oct 10 2013, 09:24 PM) Curious, which cheap mirrorless you bought? an old sony nex. my sis. i pinjam. Recent cheap ones like the NEX3n can really perform very well in terms of IQ and noise performance; sometimes even better than my previous D90 I think. Time flies! Wah, Dubai is very beautifullei!! Looking forward to your photos alright. will do. |
