speedtest show this speed but torrent speed gets throttled.. wtf..

I'm facing disconnection almost everyday, anyone encounter the same issue like me? Very frustrated when playing online games and get DC-ed.

i just got unifi vip5 and speed tests confirm 5m up and down but all torrents seem to be capped at 250kb/s down. i have unifi in my parents house and torrents download at 2meg/s down no problem. whats going on?

Why I subscribe to Sport Hypptv but alot of times big games wont be available on it, only club such as sunderland or something will be live, like now, SU VS MC is not on it, such a scam.

Under VAS in occ.unifi the HyppTV Everywhere seems to have a RM0/month Plan A option (and also a RM5/month Plan A option), anyone know what this is?

being using vip10 for a while, download speed no problem, but gaming(dota2) ping damn high, around average 67, my friend streamyx 1mb also better than mine, around 20.

I know, but why is there an RM0/month option? As far as I know there are two plans, Plan A is RM5 a month for 2 devices, Plan B is RM10 a month for 5 devices. Maybe you could check your own occ.unifi?

when browsing youtube, running smoothly on 1080 p, test speedtest 30-60 ms but when im on gaming, the lowest ping i had was about 96 and above

just a hoax man. you have to subscribe to Mega Pack or Sports Pack and you don't watch cause you have Astro. Basically you still paying 199 for VIP 10 and get Sports or Mega Pack for free. so yeah.

In an attempt to revive back HyppTV, I powered the STB on and was greeted with this.

Rebooted a few times and does not help.

Is this a technical error on TM's side? Did a quick search and found out that some users resolve this by changing the STB. However, since mine is not under warranty anymore, RM400 for a replacement? Doesn't sound like a good deal.

I've been having terrible connection with Unifi from midnight to before noon. I can't even watch streaming videos on CNN or Youtube smoothly. This has gone on for a few weeks. When calling TM, they just ask to turn on and off the stupid modem etc. Is anyone facing the same problem recently? It would be a waste of money if I actively watched HyppTV lol. Thank god I don't

No bandwith quota atm, but expect your line speed to be throttled during peak hours (late evening). Depends on location.

downloading from amsterdamn server on VIP 10.
everything was fine at first. But 2 hours later, i only get a max speed of 280kbps.
so i open 5 downloads in FTP, all of them average of 2xxkbps.
means line is not throttled, or i am being throttled to max 2xxkb per thread?

*speed test to penang gets a healthy 9-10mbps.(no one stealing my line, yet)
