just wondering how about the contract ends already and i want to cancel and then i dont return the things to them, they wont charge me right?

i mean under another situation perhaps

not sure la bro...last time i terminated coz of my new place not under unifi coverage area...but still in contract then they ask me to return back all the stuff and signing terminate form..thats all....

ok. thanks for your advice. i will do the same. smile.gif

So i bring the stuff to TM branch and tell them that i want to cancel the unifi. anything else? They will check if i got contract or not right?

yeap..that's all ...but for sure they will checking ur contract and they will ask why you want to cancel if you still under contract...like i said b4 if moving to new place without unifi coverage..then can escape the penalty charge.

when they ask me why i want to cancel, then i said i am moving back to sabah. And then i ask them to check if my area got unifi or not? it is better for them to check for me and confirm that right? haha..

yeah ..no need to ask them laa..they will check for you ...on tha spot they give the termination form for you to sign..last time i informed that i moving to perlis but actually im still in KL...opssss.... biggrin.gif

Ya, i wish to know my area in coverage area of Unifi or not, im currently with streamyx due to previously not supported. Find from website is not in their address list but i did get call from TM last month said already supported, wanna check is true or not. Im in Cheras Balakong area.

Early termination penalty is RM500. Maybe you should head over to a TM Point and ask if you could just pay in advance for the last month and then terminate on-the-spot?

relocate or downgrade to streamyx(contract will be renew) can be consider .but have to walk in to nearest TM point

is there any announcment? coz some of my frend including me myself.. from various part in Miri... got a slowdown in Unifi...

for speed test.. hey always detect us from Lazhou China..using China Telecom..

my average normal speed before is 18.9mb now down to 6mb... how come?
even my streaming server from singapore wont accept my upload anymore...

any news?

Anyone here else got the call from TM, that offer you to pay more RM20 to upgrade VIP 5 to 10. Which mean 149 + 20 = 169. My friend and I subscribed to Unifi at the same time, but he get the calls, unfortunately I did not :\
