Drop by and get black and white of the termination. Subject to penalty since still within contract period, why do you need to terminate?

Ok currently I use VIP5 , I want to upgrade to VIP10 which is the promo is RM199 + Mega Pack. How about the contract? Is it start a new one or just continue the old one?

+ Mega Pack is all channel rite?

I got a call from them too just now, was offered the RM199 upgrade or RM179 VIP10 without the Megapack.
Apparently, the contract will be extended for another 24 months. BUT, in addition you will get a RM500 voucher for a Samsung smart TV (40" or 46" not sure what model). AND also a waiver fee if you want to relocate your Unifi line.
Sounds like a pretty good deal. Anyone else received such offer?

I was in TM Point last week, saw the same offer there but minus the voucher & relocation waiver.

So we could walk to a TM Point and convert our plans to the new one (current promo) with a 24 months contract extension?

Bro, does anyone here have any experience with the Asus RT-N12HP.i will use it as the main router and I heard it has got the 9DBi antenna. Can it cover the typical double stores house? 20 by 70.
I'm also going to use 2 more router as repeaters, the routers are the default DIR-615 and RT-N10+.
I think my neighbors won't be able to hack it as I'm going to turn on Hidden SSID(aka SSID Broadcast)
I would like to have it cover the whole house including the place where the car goes.

dont tell them you want to terminate..

instead tell them you plan to reallocate the unifi to sabah..

if no service available there.. then no termination fee 1.

QUOTE
The relocation of UniFi service can only be done if the customer is moving to a location where UniFi services are available. For cases where customers relocate to a location where UniFi service is not available, customers are to subscribe to TM Broadband™ where the TM Broadband™ contract period, terms and conditions are applicable. Subsequently, if customers do not wish to subscribe to TM Broadband™, TM will consider that the customer has prematurely terminated the contract and a penalty of RM 500 will be charged. If customers relocate to an area where TM Broadband™ services are not available, customers will not be charged a penalty but customers will have to produce any utility bill as proof.

Greeting and a very good morning to all....

i would like to ask if anybody is keen enough to teach/guide me how to properly configure my UNIFI....
before this my VoIP got problem, very hard to make call out... (randomly accurs, and most of the time got prob)
i issued a report from my customer portal....

after that TM technician went to my house, replace new BTU/dsl modem...test my deck phone and it was functioning well...
after a day,my deck phone went into same prob again....and this time my router got no internet connection (internet indicator no blink at all)..i need to shut down my router only then my internet recovers....
so whenever i need an internet access (after i switch off main source) i need to reswitch manually my router

last night,my internet wasn't connected and manual switch on/off can't do the cure...and my deck phone is down again like always....
so i reset both my BTU and router...and after that both my internet connection (LAN/wifi went down) and my deck phone no access.....
however my iptv still functioning...

my BTU indicators all lights up:
(DSL,Internet,VoIP,Lan1) model ZTE ZXHN H268

my router/RG Wireless N Router L7-NR2000 certain indicator lights up:
(power,WAN,LAN4 (for iptv) ) wifi and internet no led...so i can assume internet connection is ok,just need to reconfigure again for which is not my field ..
please help...tqvm notworthy.gif

yes..You need to go nearest TMpoint to pass them back all the stuff including remote for iptv box...then you will sign terminate form..settled..no charge bcoz ur new place not under unifi coverage area..so you can escape the penalty charge.. icon_rolleyes.gif
