any agent or sifu can help, my unifi 2-year contract ends FEB 2014 and im going overseas in JAN 2014..anyway to terminate or downgrade(Free of Charge) before FEB as i wont be using it/not worth paying...

my btu huawei black modem have voip red light and power light blinking..called tm they say change adapter power socket(which i already done) and wait 24 hours for fix..any1 experience this prob b4?any info will be helpful

want to confirm this--my unifi contract 24mnths was up and i wanted to terminate the contract for no extra charge so i went to TM..TM say i changed ownership 12 months ago and new 24mnths contract started after ownership changed so i have to wait another 12 months to terminate..so is it like that or they bullshitting me??
