I applied online at TM website yesterday, today received a call asking me do i need the hypptv or just online only, so i say i just need to online, then she recommend me to take another package, 10mb for rm148 only, i was like 'huh', got such package? But before i can ask further, the line cuts off, and i cant call back as the number is shown 'private number'

So i think back, that 10mb rm148 should be maxis package without the hypptv, just after one day your personal info can leak out and another competitor call u to offer another package...memang TM boleh

event same things happen with the agent,register for customer,then customer sms me got call from somebody offering 10mb for just rm148.i was...wtf sweat.gif sweat.gif

and 148 10mbps is a good deal, how I wish I can change lol
pay RM 149 for 5mbps with stupid hypp tv

Yup, I got similar call, "tambah 20 ringgit aje....", still VIP 5 is sufficient for me. Maybe because you have not finish your contract period?

Hi all...I called Unifi and asked for the upgrade yesterday..and when i log in to my unifi acc, it stated vip10...my question for all the experts here is do i have to do anything with the modem or the router? or just leave it as it is? I did speedtest and my speed was still 5mbs...so i'm confused now...

i aso just upgraded vip10 OKU to vip20 OKU few minutes ago..they say wait 24 hours and need to restart modem/router etc..
but last time i upgraded it took 1-2 hours..maybe depends on location

Hi all,
I currently subscribed Unifi 20mbps line. I have selfish housemates who hog the line. Can anyone give me suggestions?I want to be able to see who is taking the most bandwidth and how much, then be able to limit it. I also don't want anyone changing my password so can I change the unifi IP password or change the IP all together? I need some amount of control. This situation is driving me crazy.

QoS. Simplest method.












Currently having a dispute with TM due to frequent disconnection for UniFi - that only happens at night. Last week until now, it's between 10PM-12AM, now it's 12AM and it just stopped.

Told them if they're not able to rectify by Wednesday, will terminate services and will dispute on the termination fee of RM500 as their service is unsatisfactory, unable to rectify my issue, so why should I be obliged to pay for the fee?

Anyone who has the same issue, may refer to me how to dispute. I can give you tips tongue.gif

Hey guys, I paid online for unifi via occ.unifi.my using CIMBCLICKS for the first time just now (just subscribed for 3 months, previously paid at TM point).

I made the payment and money deducted, but in the unifi portal it still shows outstanding RM147.65. May I know is it normal that it takes some time to clear?
