hehe..no la, this shot was cincai taken to show the barrel distortion point while stuck in stupid jam yesterday, then upload via imgur uploader...

i don't border with the hires version for non-critical day-to-day shots, will backup via desktop probably once a month..for special events or holiday shots, i'll do backup the day after them. auto-backup 41MP pictures via my already slow UNIFI is not a good idea.

anyway, just got a cheap RM20 TPU case from lowyat 3rd floor (or 4th?). Its minimal and protects all sides including the camera hump by 1mm, comes with non-rainbowy sp also (good enough for the time being until better case available)..i know i very the clumsy one and guarantee 100% will drop my phone one fine day and crack the screen..

I wish for a fully-covered casing like the original case for 808PV.

green lizard was sharpened because of the thick glass blurring the edges. the rest were default camera sharpening.

Nope.

1. I couldn't find any from the stores.
2. The guy at the nokia store suggested that I didn't need one.

Fortunately it's barely noticeable but I'm pretty upset and pissed off. I didn't put it together with keys or anything. The only time it could come into contact with anything is when I get out of the car and I'm holding the phone and the keys together for a few seconds.

Gorilla glass 3 my ass.

I had tried the liquid screen protector and will never try a normal film protector anymore, they are just awesome. It is like a wet towel you wipe on to the screen and it will dry up like the car wax, then you wipe it clean and it gives a smooth feeling to the screen. I was sceptic at first but 6 months had passed and not even a scratch. Added benefit is it also can smooth away tiny scratch marks as well.

I can only found two brands here in Malaysia, one is Krystall Nano and the other one is Dynaflo.

I used the liquid one before on my 920, still skeptical though, my 920 only has some minor superficial scratches.

Did you try peeling off or reapplying to see if the scratches are still there?

Yes I'm also still sceptical about it.

There is nothing to peel off, it is as if there is nothing there. It dries off as a very thin and hard 'nano' layer to protect the glass surface. You can feel the screen is very smooth and oil stains come off very easily, as you put in pocket and take out cleaned.

The thing is you cannot see the layer, which put many people off tongue.gif I am on the side that swear by it, I like how it allows me to use the screen as it is, no more hiding behind a layer of ugly film haha. Truth is in my case, I have not gotten any scratch on it.

Selling my 920 to a friend soon.
Planning to survey, 1020 tomorrow.

How much does the wireless charging cover cost? sad.gif
Why isn't the wireless thing built in. So sad.

7.8 and 8 are totally incompatible. There's a Windows Phone Desktop app for WP8
