suggestion for tribunal:
(1) you can do via online
(2) go to tribunal office
if you go to tribunal office, prepared 4 copies of you story in type written form and also 4 copies of your evidences such as receipt and service receipt.
then request borang 1 from the staff there and fill it (4 copies)
then summit your borang 1 and those documents you prepared to them and pay RM5
after that, you will receive one copy of borang 1 for yourself and one borang 1 + borang 2 for the opposition
you can choose to send the borang 1 and borang 2 through pos (the staff will teach you) or straight go for the opposition.
if you straight look for the opposition, prepare one letter and let them cop sign to prove that they receive it
