I hope this 4.3 update will fix the purple tint issue cuz before updating to 4.2.2, my phone never have this problem.

if you return within 14 days of your purchase with a slight cosmetic defect, they surely do 1 to 1 exchange? or whine abt repairing it? I think should do 1 to 1 exchange right? OR depends on the issue you got with ur phone. But off course issue means something which is not normal which is why you RMA it anyway lol.
Anyone with some input on this? |

I still haven't get my phone till today. 4) Lack of feedback. There should be a system/webpage indicate the phone progress status. This will reduce the customer service job because users can check online on the progress. You need to have a system like DHL/POS system where it indicate the status. Just got back my htc one from bts service center. Got a replacement camera. Took a week. So far testing still black ( even when my phone is quite warm from intensive downloading).
