Thinkpad series with on site support is very good.
Y series, just upgrade to on site warranty, service is also good. If warranty is carry-in warranty, just send to SC run by IBM, service is good. I'm beginning to suspect there is a plague in LYP. Good service in Puchong Authorized Service agent.. got my Y580 fixed in 3 days with a new motherboard. No problems so far for 5 months.

i had receive my laptop everything is ok from my opinion the service centre is okay if lennovo did not send spoilt parts to them except the calling service from that lowyat sc is very bad always no pick up
