Good service in Puchong Authorized Service agent.. got my Y580 fixed in 3 days with a new motherboard. No problems so far for 5 months.

at this rate.. i think you should let them repair the motherboard first.. because I'm not confident in getting a new set since their build quality is so damn bad. at least if they replace the motherboard they should have better quality control here compared to those poor and lousy workers in china.

the telephone line support not really good, sometimes u get a girl which is clueless about IT and will just ask you to come, sometimes you'll get the main technician and he'll answer your questions..
