Thinkpad series with on site support is very good.

Y series, just upgrade to on site warranty, service is also good.

If warranty is carry-in warranty, just send to SC run by IBM, service is good.

I'm beginning to suspect there is a plague in LYP. Service level of SC (for any brands) in that building is getting worse ...
