coming 2 3 4 times just to waste your time and petrol because when speaking to phone there will always refer some other IBM petaling jaya service center. and their result on ready product repair is different!!! ibm said ready, lenovo said not yet... fak need to pick up at petaling if want fast.

well my laptop had already been 1 month at lowyat service centre the thing is not the technician fault the people that send the part fault they keep on giving them spoilt monitor they had change 3 time and still cant get a good one but the calling service is just total sucks they can just don't pick up your phone

they change for me a monitor that had lost 1 pixel on the middle so i rejected the sc say ok but according to sc they told me lennovo do not approve my part because 1 pixel could not claim warranty , i know 1 pixel is small i don't mind if it is on the side but is on the middle . they will call me tomorrow
on going process to be continue lets see what they have to say

i had receive my laptop everything is ok from my opinion the service centre is okay if lennovo did not send spoilt parts to them except the calling service from that lowyat sc is very bad always no pick up
