The flyover agak agak will be completed by end of next year September. The signboard has been erected with a completion date.

If escape room comes in, it will take a huge space and that would probably filled up the spaces in SW mall. If that happen, possibly no more space for grocer.
But let's not die hope, beside SW there is PFCC that i am expecting for some further excitement. Once trigon access is open, it will be so convenient to walk to PFCC.
I think now people has more reason to visit SW.

can walk to pfcc ? U sure the Lansi IOi allows that to happen ?

Both are actually complementary to each other as PFCC focuses on hotel + office, while SW is for residential + retail. But this is Malaysia la I think it would take many many moon la before both are willing to work towards a greater Puchong unless some thoughtful authority step in..

honestly, i never expect this setia walk can be so successful...

seems like sp setia is really good in create a landmark project at any area...

Do take note, all residential units (excluding penthouses) in SW are 1xxx sqf, except the smallest 1-bedroom is 845 sqf.

But SW still has many down side that no solution yet.
1) Poor telco signal coverage especially inside restaurant. If hv appointment, hardly communicate to meet up.
2) Poor broadband coverage. Challenge internet access.
3) Low activities during morning session.
4) Poor SW entrance access.
....

Hi , I'm looking for a car park at r3, anyone interested to rent ?

Sure la because I walked before. Currently there is no proper access from SW side but once trigon access is open then we can use road around trigon to walk to PFCC safely.
IOI already allowed it by not putting barrier in front of PFCC which will add cost to them. So u can just cut through PFCC in the nearest block to get to Bandar Puteri. Very convenient and near indeed.

hmm .. Like that I have to try try.
