Do take note, all residential units (excluding penthouses) in SW are 1xxx sqf, except the smallest 1-bedroom is 845 sqf.

There are rumors that the AGM will be held on 7 Dec 2013. It is still unofficial now. May be your guess is right that the short notice is to ensure lesser turn up for the AGM. Those is power can be in power for another term.

How many outsiders actually know about the opening of Grand Shanghai? I bet very minimal Puchongite knows about it. I asked all my colleagues, none knew about it.

Poor marketing by whoever is running the marketing for SW. The one who manages SW Facebook should be fired too.

I just realised that One City is by MCT while Paradigm Mall is by WCT. I thought earlier that both were built by the same developer.

ibbrio, I suggest you to volunteer yourself now to be involved in one of the JMB sub-committee. That would be good. And in upcoming AGM, the residents will nominate you to be part of the JMB.

You saw that happened and yet you let them in?

You complained the guard did not do his job, likewise, you did not stop the unwanted guests as a resident. You should have approached the security immediately.
