The design of the building, it is tall and narrow, I remembered back 10 years ago, my fren who was in retail operation revealed that a success mall need to be wide instead of tall, his claim was based on mkt research and analysis in this region particularly in Malaysia, of course the ability of the Mall owner to design the tenant mix, control the tenancy and attract anchor tenant to the mall is exceptionally vital.

Security Breach:
Yesterday, two Africans waiting for R3 owner to come and open the door for them. So I used to LG floor whereby got the guard stationed there. They followed me.

I went in and they asked the guard to open the door, claimed they knew the owner at certain unit no. The guard opened the door for them and they joined me in the lift.

Apparently there had been some lapses on security on how to prevent unauthorized entries.
