Although VW is not high end, I would prefer to have it in SW, rather than Honda/Toyota/Proton/Perodua.Setiawalk Puchong V3

QUOTE(doomdoom @ Nov 7 2013, 05:33 PM) my agent told me setia walk 1+++sqf units he managed to sell at 600k++above for 2 units last 2 months... Do take note, all residential units (excluding penthouses) in SW are 1xxx sqf, except the smallest 1-bedroom is 845 sqf.honestly, i never expect this setia walk can be so successful... seems like sp setia is really good in create a landmark project at any area... QUOTE(ProPStaR @ Nov 21 2013, 10:10 AM) Wow that is a big meat. There are rumors that the AGM will be held on 7 Dec 2013. It is still unofficial now. May be your guess is right that the short notice is to ensure lesser turn up for the AGM. Those is power can be in power for another term.Talking about coming AGM, it says beginning of Dec, now already ending of Nov, still no notice on the AGM. Are they planning short notice to discourage people from attending ? |

QUOTE(laikt2010 @ Jan 10 2014, 11:49 AM) How many outsiders actually know about the opening of Grand Shanghai? I bet very minimal Puchongite knows about it. I asked all my colleagues, none knew about it.Poor marketing by whoever is running the marketing for SW. The one who manages SW Facebook should be fired too. |

QUOTE(UFO-ET @ Jan 21 2014, 08:11 AM) The design of the building, it is tall and narrow, I remembered back 10 years ago, my fren who was in retail operation revealed that a success mall need to be wide instead of tall, his claim was based on mkt research and analysis in this region particularly in Malaysia, of course the ability of the Mall owner to design the tenant mix, control the tenancy and attract anchor tenant to the mall is exceptionally vital. Thanks for the explanation. There is another mall next to it, buy the size is quite small, I hv doubt it can pull huge crowd as few more giant malls are on the way setting in the south KV I just realised that One City is by MCT while Paradigm Mall is by WCT. I thought earlier that both were built by the same developer. |

ibbrio, I suggest you to volunteer yourself now to be involved in one of the JMB sub-committee. That would be good. And in upcoming AGM, the residents will nominate you to be part of the JMB.

QUOTE(MiloX4 @ May 6 2014, 01:20 PM) We complain too much on the noisy environment, let's us find a solution while JMB sort things out. Thanks for the info.Has anyone try this noise proofing system from VINCA? www.vincatropicale.com Do give feedback. I'm not an agent or any related to that VINCA or JMB. I'm just another owner that face LDP. Cheers. However, the website is badly constructed whereby the information is not well presented to the customers. |

QUOTE(ace77 @ Sep 11 2014, 11:19 AM) Security Breach: You saw that happened and yet you let them in?Yesterday, two Africans waiting for R3 owner to come and open the door for them. So I used to LG floor whereby got the guard stationed there. They followed me. I went in and they asked the guard to open the door, claimed they knew the owner at certain unit no. The guard opened the door for them and they joined me in the lift. Apparently there had been some lapses on security on how to prevent unauthorized entries. You complained the guard did not do his job, likewise, you did not stop the unwanted guests as a resident. You should have approached the security immediately.
