http://www.thestar.com.my/News/Nation/2013...Q1-of-2016.aspx

The completion of Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd’s Ampang LRT extension project is now expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2016 after running into problems at its site near the SJK (Tamil) Castlefield.

The school with 500 students and 35 teachers currently occupies a 1.01ha site along Jalan TPP 1/17 in Puchong, Selangor.

According to Prasarana, the project’s contractors were chased away by the school’s representatives on Wednesday when they tried to secure a work area located along the edge of the school compound.

“We have obtained all the relevant approvals in order to enter our work site there.

“The school is currently on state land and the Land Office gave us approval to enter the site in early 2011,” Prasarana’s development division group director Zulkifli Mohd Yusoff said in a statement here yesterday.

It was previously reported that about 150m of the alignment would pass through the fringe of the school’s field, an area that Prasarana’s contractors would fence up before commencing construction.

The company said that its contractors had met with similar incidents when they had tried to enter the earmarked area in November last year.

If your friend offer 450k for 1007sf unit, I think the agent himself will grab it first.

Coming AGM on 2nd Dec if not mistaken. Notification will be sent out to all owners. If you want a new JMB, come and cast your vote. Better still, vote yourselves in if you have confidence that you will do better than the current JMB. It's only 1+month from now. No point blaming the current JMB now, everyone is volunteers, some do better some do worse.

Yes some of the old members were of great help now. We must really thank them. We will also try to form sub committees for those who are willing to help/contribute in anyway. Thank you all for participating here. There is a lot of good too in open/public forums like this.
*
Hi a123, sent you a PM on some issues, thanks in advance and btw, congrats!!

U-Turn from which direction ?
Any pictures/plans of the U-Turn ?
Would this solve the jam at the Pusat Bandar Puchong junction ?
*
U turn starting from somewhere near the bus stop at LDP and following Psn. Wawasan before turning back into Setiawalk. One thing for sure it will solve the turning into Setiawalk. PBP junction got jam? You mean at the bus stop there with the waiting taxis?

Another useless U-turn which serves low number of vehicles....
Will SP Setia move the bus stand/taxi stand ?
The Bus/Taxi Stand should be place next to the Bomba Station (road wide enough)
*
Useless for the rest, but definitely useful for us Setiawalk residences and patrons smile.gif What to do, the RAs objected to an earlier approved entry into Setiawalk from LDP, hence this solution which was agreed by all parties.

I've talked to the pub owner regarding the possibility of playing mozart music after 9pm daily, but seems like they still working on it now...

Haha.... it felt like two worlds apart, the facing commercial units and the facing forest units. I enjoyed opening my balcony door wide and enjoying the breeze and night scenery, no noise except some dogs barking below. You can see the moon on good nights from the balcony and also sunrise every morning. Perfect!
