Hey guys,

My car is showing "Periodic Inspection" as illustrated in the picture. My metre is now about 762KM. Should I go and send it for the first service now? Is anything wrong with my car?
*
Mine also started showing when <1k. Now already 1.5k haven't gone for1st service yet. Hehe. If only SC opens at night. *wishful thinking*

Oh I didn't know Exora and Preve already have this feature, I wonder if owners are aware  hmm.gif

At least during my visit to Ford and VW showrooms they will tell me about these features, no such luck in Proton showrooms. Heck, I think even the SA's are not aware.
laugh.gif It could be quite convenient for me actually
*
Thats why proton sucks on advertising ...

btw... if u follow paultan blog u will know this feature introduced long time ago, Exora was the first Proton car to have that feature smile.gif

so mr volt, hopefully ur problem solved. u can choose 2 mode. one push, all unlock or one push, driver's only, 2nd push, all unlock.

many things related to abcm,as long as electronics involved n sensors. i must say, many cars has the modules, but even with basic bcm as in exora,it serve more functions than any mpv twice its price. even estima jdm dont have all the functions as per exora.

not saying exora = estima, not at all, just talking about function of bcm.

rain sensor, light sensor, push start button n etc are part of bcm. even impact sensors, airbags sensors, speed sensors are communicating with bcm to triggers automatic hazard light during emergency braking n accidents, auto unlock the door during collision after airbags deployment to ease rescue operation.

thats for safety,it also has security function n also some for comfort/luxury feeling.

if u understand the functions n fully utilise all the abcm function, then u maybe fall in love for the 2nd time for ur ride.

tq dares 4 notifying that sales person dun explain to customer. do u know that for suprima s,the sales person being supplied with thick plastic que card which pretty mobile, durable n easily fit in pocket, explaining the strength n comparison of suprima.

hopefully they used it now coz previously the complaint, booklet too big, long written info, give slides print, said not clear, give pwrpoints, they never print out by saying many excuses.

so hopefully this time they be proud of their product n stop b*lls**t**g the customers :-[

If you own one, why not just go over to Car Clubs and create one yourself? rclxms.gif

Nope. Only the owner's manual and service booklet. We suppose to get one? I know there's a soft manual in the HU. Check under settings.

that HU is full with features and ultra sensitive touch screen for scrolling or typing, i read the same in the manual book about audio manual book. called up the sales branch manager... best reply, "please read page 11 in the owner manual book, its all there", and all i can see is just a page with the photo of the HU and the button/dials intro, this is really crap service man, printing also want to save ah......
