Did my first service today. Fixed my boot latch problem (adjust alignment) and glove box alignment. The SC recommended the service interval at 5k instead of 10k for new cars <20k and only switch to fully synthetic (10k) after that. I followed that. What do you guys think?

FC report (full highway),
Distance: 340km
Average speed: 120km/h
Top speed: 200km/h icon_idea.gif
Average FC: 9.9L/100km

thats the point. buckle up dude. if you dont buckle up, and you are in an accident, all that airbags that should be activated, wont be activated.

i have seen airbag deployed in a waja during a head on collision, dude, it saved the drivers life.

Nope, not full tank. Still got 3 bars to go. The average is from reading on instrument panel.

first of all, i don't condone buying this, as it defeats the purpose of buying an RM80,000 Proton car with 5 STAR ANCAP if you disregard your own safety.

but if u still don't care about your life, here: http://list.lelong.com.my/Auc/List/List.as...d=&PriceUBound=

Under the seat, there is wire connected to the buckle. Unplug it

But that will be a stupid decision to do that

Do you know, without seatbelt reminder, a car cannot achieve 5 stars Ancap

Wow... for a C-seg, 10L/100km pure highway is really bad. Hopefully it'll get better after run-in period.

I think that has to do with the 200 kph runs he made brows.gif
If maintain 110 kph he should get around 7.5 L/100 km. If you are really careful, i.e. never, not once, go more than 10 kph above the speed limit, you can get 6.5 L/100 km

Yeah, I guess the faster you go (high speeds >110), smaller turbocharged engine (1.6L) will suffer more (in terms of FC) than larger non-turbo ones e.g. 2.0NA. Not sure if this applies to all turbocharged engines or it's just campro peculiar trait.

Another factor is the cruising RPM, which depends on the gearbox ratios.

maybe need more mileage to get a more accurate average fuel consumption.
