so, has anyone got the manual for the android player?
a bit frustrating that the videos will stop when the car is moving. they could atleast let the audio keep playing without the video. |

QUOTE(sanadi @ Sep 17 2013, 09:45 AM) That is due legal requirement I think. Even Kenwood and Pioneer require parking brake to be activated before playing video file. Don't worry however. A searh of google for "Parking Brake Bypass" gave TONS of hit. You can DIY or you can just send to reputable accessory shop to do it. thanks for the link..http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/audio-vid...-head-unit.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPz7FBW-b4I http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fTseVbxCSnY well actually iv did that to my sony xav701hd on the other car. i just tap the handbrake wire to ground. anyway, sony lets the audio file kept on playing.sony just block the video. atleast i can still enjoy my concert dvd while driving. im not sure about kenwood n pioneer tho. im afraid if we do the same, it'll void warranty. well on the other hand, i kinda like the gps on the system. |

QUOTE(yaz_inseven @ Sep 17 2013, 01:02 PM) i think it's better proton put it that way... yeah i tot so..its just that im used to the "hacked" HU all the while if made without that feature, if accident happened coz of the HU..then Proton will the scape goat.. so if the accident coz by the modified HU...then it wont be proton's fault. QUOTE(UbuntuClient @ Sep 17 2013, 01:31 PM) well..i think it's a great car.. nice pickup.. QUOTE(allenultra @ Sep 17 2013, 01:40 PM) Check the rain sensor contact at the windscreen, auto wiper sensitivity can be adjusted. mine works just fine. The system should be brought over from Preve, if Preve works well, SS should work the same too. did'nt know it can be adjusted good info! |

QUOTE(yaz_inseven @ Sep 17 2013, 02:52 PM) but if proton made as same as so called "hacked" one.. hahaha...cudnt agree more! later some will say.. "proton is a joke..the HU turns to blank screen..once the car moving..what a lousy car"... because it's PROTON.. i guess if suprima is a H or a T logo, though the price is 1++k... they will still buy.. but since its proton, always a lousy car to their thinking.. |
