it will depends on the battery capacity. like sony XZU have 3000mah battery, normal charging rate is 1.5A (0.5C). if you want fast charging, you actually can charge the battery at 3A (1C), it will also depends whether the battery is supporting fast charging at 3A. You don't need to know all this limitation because the phone has IC to control the charging rate.

sorry for being a bit technical here... hope this will help everyone on their beloved gadget.

I think some will welcome your technical explanations. Doesn't the Snapdragon have something called Fastcharge which was disabled on the HTC1? Don't know if it's enabled for the XZU.

In fact the snapdragon have fast charge 2.0 supposedly better version of fast charge

im using note 2 16gb and htc one 64gb. Note 2 left few hundred MB.
All working infor on wechat and whatsapp cannot delete. So using htc one 64gb now.
wish z ultra got 32 or 64gb like htc.

Root and install LinkSD from the market and it installs everything to the SD card. MicroSD is so much cheaper than onboard flash memory.

I'm waiting for 4G LTE version as it will have better resale. Like the Note 2 4G, it was initially more expensive than the 3G version but now its actually cheaper/same as its more main stream. Likewise in Australia, 4G reception is terrible and is only in the city centre at the moment.

I think in September the LTE version is around 1999 la coz the 3g will drop price that time

probably same as N4, the chipset support it but the antenna dont. still need different antena for different LTE band.

if by any luck someone at XDA might be able to do it.. but still no words on the 3G version of the Z / ZL or SP owner actually suscefully do it sweat.gif
