I don't think sony is marketing this product emphasizing on sound and camera. It's more phablet emphasizing on screen and speed. Also the writing capabilities.

Guess there is no, one device to suit all..

There are useful apps to help with 1 handed operation such as Pie Control.

I always have no issues handling a big size phone . Since Note 2 ( 5.5), I have progressed to Pantech Vega No6 ( 5.9 inch), Mega 6.3 ( 6.3 inch), Mate ( 6.1 inch)
My phone fits very well into my pants side pockets. I can even put in a Galaxy Tab 7.7 inside but not an ipad mini

Got to see this beast in person. Went to a Sony store to get a first-hand experience and was totally blown away by the screen. This phone is also a monster. Can't imagine using it as a normal phone.

I was swiping left and right and noticed some hesitation/lag in the scrolling which doesn't really do justice to the phone spec. Not sure if it is the unit on display.

I feel the price is spot-on for what you're getting. Would go for it as  a tablet rather than a phablet because the size is great for browsing and media consumption.

7 hours overnight with only 3g on battery drain is 0%. This is great . The drain is so low that it is recorded as zero. Again proof stamina mode is amazing

I'm actually planning to replace both my iPhone 5 and iPad Mini with the XZU. Mainly will use it as my daily driver and for PDF / Ebook reading. Seems that the XZU fits my needs just right due to screen quality, resolution, thinness, weight and good screen size for reading documents (6.44").

He already sold his One. If not you can buy that 

looks big but not as absurb as holding 7inch galaxy tab and 8inch note at ears. i think it's great to have the headset.

I'm still thinking which colour looks best when held to the ear. Black may be understated but white looks quite stylish especially the silver sides. Still can't decide!

I used mine in the rain, during Liverpool match, and just wiped dry on my damp shirt. Looks fresh from the box after drying. Think I'm quite happy to use it without a cover.
