A lot of us are not aware of it yet that's why we get paranoid easily. I did some checkings before signing my SPA though.

To be honest , my confidence to this project is 70%-30%, 70% is included the location, amenities, freehold, and accessibility, 30% - future deman and weakens market ... Hope that all these new development and offices will increase the population in that area ..

If you try to look see look see walk around at night..... especially after office working hours, maybe too close to office tower

if you are working beside then good lah,
can sleep until 8.45 then only walk to work.

if you can't afford ecocity you can buy here

if can afford, go for 2-bedroom, 1-bedroom is only for rental play, hard to sell out in my opinion.

Maybe the commercial activities so so only at there and less ppl hang around. Hope new condos attract more population ..
