Some update about this project, first private launch last 2 week for family and relative.
2nd private launch for friend and business partner will be on tonight..i will try to update the info after the preview..

When is the launching date? Any show unit to view?

nearest LRT from novum is kerinchi station via existing covered bridge.

and among the 3 projects Novum is the furthest fr the LRT and the closest to the big mosque which is just a stone throw away fr it?

i saw the signboard....is that the actual location?

There will be a direct link from federal highway, so access won't be a issue

Usually this walkway quite crowded right? due to many workers in BS??

I worried the access road only...that's y still considering wanna buy novum or not...

Dear People, I am not here to start a contentious post. I am merely try to use this platform to check the caliber of the developer to complete this project and hand over the vacant possession as promised.
No doubt the project is tempting but creating a sense of misgiving to think that it is from a developer who has no track record on ever completing such a high end condominiums in the past.

Not sure why some of people here keep said its failed. Got show unit, very nice and big scale model, nice facade (compare with UxA design) but still many complaint.

Is it normal practice for prelaunch >1 year?
They have 2 showunits, 3bedder (1,2XXsqft i think) and 2bedder (supposedly 823sqft?)
Don't worry about late delivery, i think you will have what you wished for, lol. Till now haven't cleared the land & there are still things not confirmed.

If you try to look see look see walk around at night..... especially after office working hours, maybe too close to office tower
