And camellia no carpark rite? and LH rite?  cool2.gif

But just scared the southview.... shocking.gif
*
Yes, camellia no carpark and leasehold. Novum and southview is freehold. I doubt southview will be a threat, lousy design and high density 1200++units compare to Novum 500++ uints

*

I expect novum can go until 1200/sf when completion

Curious how the bank do their evaluation? ? icon_idea.gif  shakehead.gif

by property valuers approved by JPPH. Bank will not simply finance you up to 90%.

There will be a direct link from federal highway, so access won't be a issue

Seriously, the ramp construction is super fast. Just few months and it's done and ready to use. No need to jam at the traffic light already when rush hour to get in Bangsar South.
*
The access road was funded by City Hall, UOA properties Sdn Bhd, Suez Domain Sdn Bhd, EUPE Bangsar South Dev Sdn Bhd and Kar Sin Bhd. sure very fast.

I'm neutral in this forum, no matter whichprojects.  I just want to know both pros and cons of a project without add oil add kacang, or hiding this hiding that,  over tiup. Always talk about the good of the project then better save my words,  only bads can let people do a proper EXIT plan.

anyway,  u are good bro, hope can see you soon next week  cheers.gif
*
What you point out is true at least this will let buyer consider all the cons before making purchase. Btw, mind elaborate more on exit plans that you mentioned?

Obviously none. This is what residents forget when buying a property. It's not about 'buying' a property, it's an investment and conveniencies for tenant to live in.
Well, you can't rely on developer who only counting how much sales they make and very profiteering. I was in developer before and they're making 40% profit on whole job.

Kerinchi is no longer a place for family but for couples or singles workmen should be all right as there's plenty of amenities and clubs for you to hang around.
Family may face troubles in getting daycare or school in place....i mean good one.

I foreseen Klang is a nice place to invest for family. Puchong is mushrooming and overdeveloped! Flood and traffic is a nightmare. Well, i guess rawang might be next...
*
Klang is not really an ideal place for family, unless you are staying in GNG areas like ambang botanic. Crime rates are alarmingly high breakin, snatch, gang fight etc..
