I think for own stay it is fine, I prefer to have the LRT option within walking distance. I looked high and low for development near LRT in KL & PJ but still think bangsar south is the best. If i decide to drive, it's very near to both KL and PJ as well. The plus is that the area looks modern as well, at least a good part of the area facing federal if you don't venture deeper, lol
As for investment, the proximity to the LRT station definitely helps, if I want to rent a room I would see which condo offers better maintenance (lift/security etc) & facilities etc.
I wonder who would actually invest in their dual-key units, really scratch head when I see the concept/layout, not forgetting the price.

Yeah agreed. I also felt location wise quite good, near to KL and PJ. If don't want drive then take LRT....

5yrs many places can transform to be better

Hard to find ppl willing to take lrt after office hours
Kerinchi station very quiet at night time and weekend, Bangsar trade centre also not doing well

I also felt curious, as here some ppl said alot pull out from purchase, but then last 2 weeks when i sign s&p there, i asking staff there is there any available unit for 1 or 2 rooms type? but they said no more, only those biggest (3 rooms) units available....hmm~~

Dear all, i just read 44pages about novum. I thinking to buy 1 unit 2bedroom. Any unit left after pre lauch and official launch ? How is the price ?
I had went to UOA for southview, i feel not worth at all. Because it was bare unit on rm945psf for 2bedroom after discounted. Now i looking at Novum, it was better exterior design, modern..
Now how is the price if they have available unit ?
