I also felt curious, as here some ppl said alot pull out from purchase, but then last 2 weeks when i sign s&p there, i asking staff there is there any available unit for 1 or 2 rooms type? but they said no more, only those biggest (3 rooms) units available....hmm~~

Dear all, i just read 44pages about novum. I thinking to buy 1 unit 2bedroom. Any unit left after pre lauch and official launch ? How is the price ? I had went to UOA for southview, i feel not worth at all. Because it was bare unit on rm945psf for 2bedroom after discounted. Now i looking at Novum, it was better exterior design, modern.. Now how is the price if they have available unit ?
