I looked at the price n details & i think this is a GOOD DEAL given LRT nearby, Gateway mall n nexus retail, Bangsar South office hub & the fact that many expats are living there..
My main worry would be the high supply of apartments in the area but also must rmbr KL Eco City/MidValley is just 1 station away |
