Nothing's on wikimapia yet. Nevertheless, I'd rather have a full city view of the surrounding area with a place of worship then be blocked by another condo!

market now slow a bit.. u can rent out 3k fully furnished but do note that the SUPPLY in Bangsar south undercon is VERY HIGH..

Yeap, MUCH better location than cyber!! But I think the future offices thr won't have good take-up rate.. I think a future boost will be LRT extension complete n klang/shah alam ppl can interchange from subang, hence closer for them n companies will see btr retention due to btr access..

Big Four: PcW in kl sentral n set to stay thr, EY in Damansara Heights (possible), KPMG in 1utama (possible), Deloitte jus moved to menara LGB..

I looked at the price n details & i think this is a GOOD DEAL given LRT nearby, Gateway mall n nexus retail, Bangsar South office hub & the fact that many expats are living there..

My main worry would be the high supply of apartments in the area but also must rmbr KL Eco City/MidValley is just 1 station away

Toll free would be thru Jalan University side.. Novum is beside kerinchi LRT which will be 1 station away from abdullah hukum which will be linked to ecocity..

Today i drove pass MV ktm n saw easily 1k ppl walking in/out of the ktm station, can u imagine their footfall when LRT KJ n KTM (klang to batu caves) station is open??

From damansara can aso use penchala link which is quite exp though flex.gif flex.gif
