I am not sure what's the maintenance fees for the property around bangsar or kerinchi area.

But, I heard it's about the same in KD area. Is it true? If so, then I think it's pretty reasonable.

did anyone ask the SA or developer why the maintenance fee is so high compare to the project nearby?

and as someone raised the issue up, i was pretty much 'amazed' by their duration of 'pre launch' or whatever they so-called.

well, i booked a unit though, since June?? S&P is still yet to sign rclxub.gif

did u get one?

I asked the SA, she claimed that it's normal for the maintenance fee. well, because her current condo in KD maintenance fee is about 0.4 too. hmm.gif

it's been a while i follow closely on property, that's why i don't rmb what's the 'usual' maintenance fee rate. sweat.gif
