U mobile rover = waste money, waste time.

While some of the members and dealers at LYN has been helpful with ideas,
the problem with U-mobile postpaid goes unsolved.

Being charge for billing but did not get bill
Cannot email bill on-time regularly after 4 months.

This are not unusual request/practise.
I complaint to MCMC, got rude call from U-mobile.

I guess zebra never change its stripes,
U-mobile, Berjaya Group Company still unscrupulous operation.

Anyone shopping for postpaid, avoid u-mobile.

I understand if you work for them.

But when u-mobile cheats people and
you are OK with it, ... accomplice.

First and foremost, I do not work with nor for them. Second, those are simply my suggestions as I believe that none of us have a say at here unless there's a umobile representative at here which has some management power lurking around lowyat.

agreed, but my usage is most of the time within the 1gb range, and I would like to test the 4g to see how it is only, so that's why I feel like its not really worth it atm since I can't get to test 4g

I am new to UMobile Prepaid thingy, so am not very sure on how it works.

On 15/07/2014, I have purchased RM30 top-up, and the expiry is on 30/09/2014.

So I subscribed to UMobile 18 package, expiry on 14/08/2014.
Now my balance is RM11.00++

Question is, is my data plan still active on 15/08/2014 ?

If yes, how will it be charged? per usage or daily?

nope, you'll need to subscribe for UMI18 again to use it for the following month(it will auto subscribe if you have enough balance). If you didn't managed to have it auto subscribed for the following month, all of your freebies(free calls and sms) will be gone and you will be charged the pay as you use fee which you can refer to at here http://www.u.com.my/new_prepaidplan.

They have the widest coverage as for now
And 4g has no big related to voice...
Perhaps u mean the speed?

I've only used umobile and digi before, so I'll definitely choose umobile between the two. I don't really use my phone a lot, so Maxis and Celcom are not really for me as I don't really need a more premium service for a higher price
