Hi,
I'm thinking of porting to Umobile U50 postpaid; 2GB + 100mins call.
Using LTE phone mainly in Puchong and USJ. LTE not compulsory,
mainly Whatsapp. Must have itemised billing to claim company calls.

1. Is Umobile network good?
2. Can choose/buy desirable 018 phone number? If yes, How?

Currently using DiGi Optimum Plan w/o data.
(Yeah very old postpaid line)

I logged case with both parties, U Mobile & CFM. I was been charged not only PAYU but also UMI 28, RM28 has been charged but without receive data plan. Speechless, why they need so long to solve on this issue? Waiting...

How to get U mobile to send e-bill regularly?

Already register address, email, contact number upon registration, at service center, call center customer service and dealer. Or is U-moble really so hopeless.

U mobile rover = waste money, waste time.

While some of the members and dealers at LYN has been helpful with ideas,
the problem with U-mobile postpaid goes unsolved.

Being charge for billing but did not get bill
Cannot email bill on-time regularly after 4 months.

This are not unusual request/practise.
I complaint to MCMC, got rude call from U-mobile.

I guess zebra never change its stripes,
U-mobile, Berjaya Group Company still unscrupulous operation.

Anyone shopping for postpaid, avoid u-mobile.

I understand if you work for them.

But when u-mobile cheats people and
you are OK with it, ... accomplice.

u make me scare, planning mnp from celcom postpaid to umobile postpaid mmmm

is it true umobile postpaid service bad ? billing is important...without bill how i can i pay
*
What I faced is mainly the billing.
I asked for itemised billing sent by email.

U-mobile charged me for this.
Did not deliver the bill.
Chase for payment even though I sign up for auto deduct.
After 4 mths, I filed with MCMC.

U-mobile call me and was rude.
The issue is still unresolved.

The sales rep/ dealer was very helpful.
Unfortunately, he is also helpless.

I was also frustrated being charged for other stuff
But most simple and common thing about billing also U-mobile = fail.

BTW, how is Celcom? I am shopping for new provider.

Hey guys, was thinking about switching to u since my hotlink youth club expired :33 Does anyone know what does umobile offer for MNP? On the website it just says

"Get a FREE Prepaid SIM Pack when you switch to U Mobile and enjoy 15% top-up bonus for the next 6 months.

Enjoy all these and more when you hop on over."

What exactly is the 15% bonus and what's more in allthese and "more"?

If U-mobile also don't know how to explain / ensure they can deliver on their ad promise, why you still want to sign on to them? You want to support company to cheat you/consumer?

Finally the decision is your own.

Well what to do, pretty much every telco out there does this now :/ Just wanna get some clarification. You mentioned "ensure they can deliver on their ad promise" is umobile like that?
Alright thanks alot!

IMHO nope, u-mobile don't care about postpaid users.
Looking at Celcom now.

Hope you find what you are looking for.
I am trying Celcom tomorrow, not that I endorse.

If I had a choice, I wait for iP6 launch next 2wks
then sign on with the best package of that telco.

Definitely not with U-mobile after the suxky experience.
