any particular eason why BHP performs better?
then shell v-power should be better right?
warm up 2-3 mins is not necessary, but just dont rev highly before the engine warms up.
its because the engine lubricants still cold, not good enough to protect the engine.
Added on November 2, 2007, 11:35 amAMT or MT?
how much u bought it?
Yep, shell V-POWER is best. But the price also the best.

So far, i'm ok with BHP and Caltex. Shell Green sucks in mileage....confirmed both with Savvy and Myvi.
last time used to be ok wan, now maybe formula changed....who knows.

received the car yesterday...and wil be trying bhp and c how the mileage goes...
Congrats and welcome to da club!

btw, i wouldn't take the mileage calculation too seriously until after 1000km and first service. It'll surely improve a bit after first service.

seems like everyone here prefer BHP, so far from what i've read from savoc.net BHP petrol contains the most additive(booster) which suits our savvy the most.
Anyone know which is the nearest BHP station in PJ?
BTW i started to realize the AMT gear transition is not very smooth, a bit jerky from gear 1 and 2 probably due to usage of cap ayam AMT fluid by proton.
Anyone here knows where to change the AMT fluid to D3F as recommended by renault?
I believe Proton also got sell the Renault D3F oil. Just go to a bigger SC and check it out.
