that is definitely not Savvy lite
anyway... to reply lunacy... 1. heavy clutch might annoy some ppl, but they're grippy for high speed usage. only sissies use soft/light clutch. macho ppl use heavy clutch. 2. hard steering is due to hydraulic power steering. it might rip less power from the engine. i don't know about you guys, but i don't feel that my sis' power steering is that hard. 3. slow pickup due to drive-by-wire is not a problem, but rather a feature. if you drive like a sissy, the next time u drive again u will feel sluggish pickup. but if u run like mad, the next time u drive again u will feel more pickup. it's all in the memory. and also...throttle response is nowhere like cable assisted throttle. 4. engine hard to start even if it's a new one... go for check up. |

anyone here know when u buy a new car , u wish to have 0 donwpayment , SA actually willl markup the car price , which is higher price. Just to cover the price of your buying car . But , at the same time , you also need to pay innsurance premium for the markup price ?
For example , u buying a 37 k car . they markup the price to 40 k . The premium u paid is actually refer to 40k price , which in turn paying more premium. Is that true ? Anyone know about this ? Correct me if i am wrong |

Most hav their own insurance panel and u r required to buy from them for the 1st year. The insured amount should be at least equal to the loan amount. For example , u buying a 37 k car . they markup the price to 40 k . hi guys, i just joined your club
bought a 2nd hand Savvy AMT year 06 with 14k km on it. guess what price i bought it? comes with spoiler and full leather seat. still left 1 half year manufacturer warranty. i'm totally in love with the car, but it uses 15" rims so i guess the tyres replacement will cost me a bomb later. Added on October 30, 2007, 11:38 am QUOTE(iman_210 @ Oct 29 2007, 04:54 PM) guys, savvy is getting famous for being robust, i think not much problem being highlighted so far.be getting a 2nd hand savvy for my wife soon...what is expected to arouse (problems if any) from the car? another thing how much is the r3 bodykit? and what pcd does a savvy tyres run on? i'm not sure about the latest pricing of r3 bodykit, http://www.rthreeparts.com/priceWebSept06.pdf AFAIK, savvy's pcd is completely different compared to waja, wira, gen2, and neo. so no luck in exchanging rims with your other proton cars Added on October 30, 2007, 11:40 am QUOTE(soulfly @ Oct 28 2007, 11:27 AM) i think he's pulling my leg best price Rm38.5k wat a joke This post has been edited by gary_cheah85: Oct 30 2007, 11:40 AM |
