Agree. Company like Kencana HL, Bestwide, MMC, RNZ etc would pay peanuts for fresh grads but they provide priceless experience as you go on. Equip yourself with all ammunitions for around 3 years and it's time to jump to another company. Yeah, operator/client is a different thing though

is it a big surprise getting 1 months bonus?? coz i know the companies ive been with pays just that as an annual bonus.  (put client aside tho)

Even vendor like DCS provider is also giving out bonus less than 1 month for year 2013..
How do i know?
Sad to say because i am one of the ex-employee there..

(put client aside tho) Yeah, 1-month contractual bonus or some ppl call it 13th month bonus. It's stated in the offer letter that the employee is entitled to get it every year. Normally it's disbursed in December. So, December salary is like x 2. Company making profit or not, they need to give you  Another one is performance bonus. Varies every year depends on performance of the employee but mainly the performance of the company itself. 1, 2, 3 months .. 6 months etc.

I am looking for job almost 1 year. Really tired. Its very hard for me. Anyone here need qa/qc here? I am graduated in bachelor of welding and quality inspection. Already send hundred of cv

Remember a degree does not certify you to approve a WPS.

Bonus is bonus, chance to get it 50/50.. I always look into the basic salary, tax free package etc.. When you have proven specific skill and experience, your salary will be awesome..
