1894sqft for own stayer I guess is a good bargain.. have to pay maintenance fee RM0.50psf though. Will have a limited upside due to the fee

Aduh. When one sees what you could have gotten for 800 psf and a 0.50 maintenance fee, this is truly a white elephant of great magnitude.

Can foresee almost an entire change of ownership at half the price as the primary loan is simply not sustainable.

Mostly SA type which is the serviced apartments. When launched i already pengsan after knowing the high asking prices. Now drop below the sovo unit prices but the SV type is much smaller hence lower maintenance costs. Good for own stay.

goes to show the actual market value. Larger units like these also incur more in terms of maintenance fee so not quite as popular as the smaller ones.
