Congratulations Sqwhere! Haven’t they been winners or runner up since 2019? I think can surmise that more than 50% has gone to Lelong. Any OG buyers still around?

I heard SDB's management managed to sign a deal with Taylor University Veterinary Faculty. The Taylor University Veterinary Faculty is currently under renovation & will occupy the commercial lots.

I believe Sqwhere already hit bottom lah... the only way is up from here on. Those that bought under auction cheap will enjoy good returns.

last time SDB not hesitate to hantam buyers with 8xxpsf... my unit at PJ bought less than that... not sure why so many buyers got gutss to buy??? that time.... MRT just sketch on the paper... the selling point was "MRT will be like in Singapore...will be game changer for property industry in Malaysia..."

Sqwhere as development is superb but suffering probably from

1.Co-living/ gurus/ bulk purchase which subsequently cause weak holding power among many of the owners
2. Hefty maintenance fee
3. Location
4. Overprice for the location
5. Empty commercial activities


Anyway there is only so much a prices can drop so for bold investors especially from auction, all the best.

Let this be a good lesson for investor wannabes there is no shortcut and need a strong holding power.

Still plenty of lelong units from here and also DSara Sentral.

980sqft (but should be bigger size if include the outside foyer area), sold at 350K.
Bid up from reserve price of 261K (dirt cheap price attracted bidders as usual).

Good catch?

Bumi unit. Very good price. However mind the double transfer costs and the outstanding maintenance costs, easily high five figures.
