It looks like the recent budget has not in anyway lower the prices of new launches by developers. I still think these two projects will do well....demand are still there. The budget will not hv major impact, property prices will still go up due mainly to cost push factors like land, labour and material prices are going up and with the GST coming that will make it go higher still ...and also we hv a weak RM.

highlight of the location is the MRT station opposite of it. other than that, smack next to it and the area inside are all factories and new village. i'm puzzled how the municipal council could allow residential development right next to factories.

It's considered good sales today. Info : 8% discount heard is till tomorrow. No more DIBs but they offer other deals. It is commercial title loan ; hence 85% loan is possible.

Wonder on the profile of the purchasers? How many % local and how many % from out of Sungai Buloh?

Will the owners of the factories there buy a pigeon hole as their corporate HQ...hehe

Or the tauke at the new village buy for their children?
