so, for this SQwhere, SDB is going to acquire all landbank which currently occupied by those small factories?
demolish those factories and build SQwhere? is the deal 'buy + demolish' already been done? If this is true, that area stretch "D'sara + SQwhere + Kwasa RRIM" is set to boom! |

I still can't picture it how will the entire place be in future. But if like Kota D'sara where it took 15 years to be where it is today, then might take much higher risk. Why not invest in a matured area then?

Pls read the propcafe again.
Sqwhere is sovo....whereas dsara sentral is launching its service apartments. Price for sqwhere sovo starts from 790psf b4 8% discount.....valid til this sunday. After this discount might reduced. Both projects are commendable except for prices. |
