The Hub@SS2 has just been launched... c'mon it hasn't break ground yet.

The Kota Damansara project comprises retail offices, F&B outlets, SOVOs (small office, versatile
office) and service apartments. The project will have a direct overhead bridge link to the proposed Kampung Baru Sungai Buluh MRT station, which is located in the same locality. Land conversion for this project is not an issue.
The biggest hurdle one is the one that I'm handling - Dang Wangi LRT Station in KL downtown. |

Grade A++ Integra Tower going for about RM12psf.
KLCC area got a wide range from RM4-12psf. KL Sentral is around RM5-6psf. |
