10km to KLCC, not bad la.

The smallest unit of 861sqft and 90x sqft only give one carpark. Bigger units all provide two carparks.

Nowadays, KTM is quite good compared to last time. Average 15 minutes of one train to KL area. The cleanliness also okay and coach for ladies. The bad thing is the operation not good (I mean the ticketing system and escalator always not function) except u hav Touch N Go will be faster.

Below 1000sf only 1 car park..

T&G can use? How about LRT and Monorail, can use T&G? If yes, then it is like 1 convenient card for all.

Bcz they invited Ah Beng and friends to the EcoSky Sales Gallery Opening this weekend.

I really like the concept of Ecosky but keep thinking of the main cons of Ecosky, which are definitely the rubbish collecting site, smelly ponds and the upcoming incinerator...

Any residents in Tmn Wahyu, Tmn Residensi Kippark & PPR flat still complaining about the rubbish smell?

The sour rubbish smell almost killed me in my car near to the petrol station in between kippark and metropolitan park. But it was only yesterday. I didn't smell anything most of the time when i passed by there.

After my visit at sales gallery, I spoke to residents at Taman Wahyu in E&O restaurant. I spoke to the boss son. He pretty much confirmed like more than 10 years ago. It smelled bad everyday at about 7pm. Nowadays. Free relocation of waste dumping site, no more smell. What left are basically the waste transfer station and proposed project?

Any bro remember the actual size for the 5 types?

Will there be a pedestrian overhead bridge to link EcoSky to the KTM station?

Looking at the satellite map, it looks like it is not "pedestrian-friendly" if one has to walk across the road. 4 lanes at least from I can see on the map, and probably fencing at the mid-section.

Yes, can use T&G in KTM station. Likewise, applicable to LRT and Monorail station. Is convenient if you hav T&Go.

Currently, there is already one overhead pedestrian. It is friendly enough. Bus stop had been earlier relocated with longer waiting lanes for buses and scavenging taxi.

EcoSky committed to build shaded walkway from the site to the pedestrian overhead walkway.
