Will there be a pedestrian overhead bridge to link EcoSky to the KTM station?

Looking at the satellite map, it looks like it is not "pedestrian-friendly" if one has to walk across the road. 4 lanes at least from I can see on the map, and probably fencing at the mid-section.

If wanna clear doubts, better go on before Sunday. Because on that day, it will be like Pasar malam and perhaps repeat of the the finger move. 'Mou-yeang-sauchee' instead of 'mou-yeang-Keok'.

Kochin. There are three blocks with Block A on the north west, Block B is at west while Block C at south. Something like below. Wish I could show you photo but none taken....

Good info , +1
Now the only thing left is to go survey the site and sales gallery, and to improve the "standing pose" and the "finger power" so to withstand the push and pull from makcik and pakcik. tongue.gif

After 1 hour of transiting from tasik selatan via KTM, I have finally arrived at Taman Wahyu station. The journey is all good - no packing cabin like sardine, great air con, nice train stations.

I had to change train at KL Sentral station though. Else I should reach Taman Wahyu less than 1 hour.

Now where is the overhead bridge to cross over the other side .... Hmmmm

Hahaha ... the ES not really near to the Station but OKlah.....just need walk maybe 10 min ...can reach the SALES Gallery.
*
You're right there. Distance wise the station not that far I estimated 600m separating them, BUT the walking experience is terrible - eat dust and exhaust fumes, no overhead cover, rough terrain, might even run the risk of falling into the roadside drain if it's dark. sweat.gif

QUOTE(cybermaster98 @ Sep 20 2013, 03:16 PM)
I spent about 1 hour at the gallery just now. There were many ppl there already. I think its gonna be a sell out this Sunday. Units come with the following:

2 individual carparks (1 cp for smaller units)
Completion mid 2017 (4 years)
DIBS scheme
Free SPA legal fees
Free loan legal fees
Free front door grills
Free 4 aircons (3 ac for 2 bedroom units)
Free kitchen cabinets (top & bottom)
Free washing machine (Electrolux)
Free hood & hob (Electrolux)

Booking fee is RM 10K. Downpayment is 7%. But this 7% (less the 10K) can be paid by credit card with 36 months interest free installments (Maybank, CIMB and Hong Leong credit cards). Once you have paid this 7%, you pay nothing else for the next 4 years.

The block being launched is Block B (with a name which I cant remember now). They changed from Block A because majority of the buyers wanted the bigger units and Block B has the most number of 3 bedroom units. From the model, I think Block B is actually the best.
*
was about to post the same info smile.gif

I just realized I have never asked about the type of sizes of Block B. cybermaster98, you have any details on that?

i need to disagree boss.
imho, block a facing south are the best units.
they would have klcc view + podium view.
after all, klcc view is to the south east rather than direct south direction to this ecosky development.

for block c, if ddmc klcc view, the unit would have lost the podium view.
*
IMHO BLock B is the worst - it's subjected to the uncanny sun ray during the evening and morning.

Or is this a typo error ???

Should be the Verve suite by Bukit Kiara right? high 900-1000psf and Maintenance...

nope. Flexus is another project. Verve suite is different from that. OCR is the developer short name , not to be confused with OKR

Hi All, can someone help clarify I called the show gallery just now they told me the 1st block is all reserved and Block B is open for registration only. Is this correct? Will they raise the price?
*
Block B has just been sold out yesterday. you only chance now to hope for any drop-out units from Block B, or aim for the yet-to-be-launched Block C
