West view is even better.. donno why less buyer choose

Ic. For my preference, I prefer North or South.

I already expected most buyers would pick the East units due to facing KL n avoid West. The bigger size and higher price doesnt affected them to buy at higher price compare to the both smallest units facing West.

There are 6 units facing East and two units facing West. Numerically, it speaks for itself already....

I prefer south facing..... brows.gif

technically, there are only 1 unit each of "true" north n south facing units in block b, that being the type d1 and d2 904 sqf types. although type c1 and c2's living room faces north / south, its bedrooms will face the wrath of the evening sun. besides, type c's price point was a lil perplexing to me as those east facing 3r units cost a mere 10k more for an extra 60 sqf of balcony compared to the former. i would def add 10k and go for the east facing units too if i was aiming for the 3-bedders wink.gif

12 units per flr = 6 units facing east, 1 purely north, 1 north / west, 2 west, 1 south / west and 1 south

no fengshui for this, only people don't like the heat ; actually for better condo, after you tinted it it's not hot at all, you can't even feel the wall-heat

There's 1 type of base paint which can prevent the temperature of the interior wall going beyond 30'C. Can apply that lo. smile.gif

use treated double glazed windows, good quality tint will help. Paint can't as you can't paint the exterior of strata title properties

But of cz those are additional cost just to fight with the heat. To fengshui point, there are some ppl particularly looking for west facing unit, however they will not like the door to directly face the balcony...forgot why is that already...

Type A is facing either north or south if you take balcony as the orientation. From your example, type A is either north/east or south/east. Only type B is facing east directly.
