Ic. For my preference, I prefer North or South.

I already expected most buyers would pick the East units due to facing KL n avoid West. The bigger size and higher price doesnt affected them to buy at higher price compare to the both smallest units facing West.
*
technically, there are only 1 unit each of "true" north n south facing units in block b, that being the type d1 and d2 904 sqf types. although type c1 and c2's living room faces north / south, its bedrooms will face the wrath of the evening sun. besides, type c's price point was a lil perplexing to me as those east facing 3r units cost a mere 10k more for an extra 60 sqf of balcony compared to the former. i would def add 10k and go for the east facing units too if i was aiming for the 3-bedders wink.gif

y u only mentioned two units facing west? there are 12 units for one level..
*
12 units per flr = 6 units facing east, 1 purely north, 1 north / west, 2 west, 1 south / west and 1 south

Type A is facing either north or south if you take balcony as the orientation. From your example, type A is either north/east or south/east. Only type B is facing east directly.

yup sorry, my bad. forgot abt the other 2 type A corner units blush.gif

AP = Advertising permit, yet to approved too?

don't think the apdl is out, hence the layouts and price chart were only disclosed to prospective buyers and interested parties upon request during the booking frenzy yesterday

Meanwhile, more than 5,000 people attended the official launch of its sales gallery, which is located at the project site of EcoSky in Taman Wahyu in Kuala Lumpur. "We received very strong interest from potential home buyers for EcoSky, although we have not officially launched the project", Chang said.

cant help but to notice that the article was written in a very politically correct manner laugh.gif

QUOTE(kochin @ Sep 30 2013, 10:20 AM)
incinerator or not, i don't see the logic of fear behind this.

first and foremost,
1. is the incinerator confirmed? if yes,
2. who would be the most effected? ecosky? probably but compared to those much closer to the site? hhmmm....
3. lastly, what would be the real hazards? fumes? if it is fumes, we are definitely looking at a much bigger radius than just 2km oledi.
and talking about values.
does it benefit the operator to house the incinerator at a prime land? kinda stupid imho. incinerator should be housed in big vacant land OFF the city limit. it would provide a much conducive platform for them to undertake the daily operations and not forgetting the vast space to move the waste freely without restriction. not forgetting the traffic snarls of having the incinerator at a prime location. besides, a logical deduction can be formed vide disposing the proposed incinerator land to another developer and using the proceeds on housing it in say outskirt of KL would yield a much desirable cost-value proposition, no?

anyway, my 2 yen.
proceed at your own risk.

after all, lynas oledi secured 1 million petition. can the same be done for this? kekeke.

indeed a deja-vu compared to 4 yrs back during the development of zest, whereby certain parties were hyping over the proposed hindu burial grounds + crematorium in kinrara. fast fwd 4 yrs later...nothing has materialised and the said area still remains a green lung (and definitely a prime piece of land too!), which doesnt make any economic sense for the plan to go ahead. lets see if history will repeat itself...

What!?
I got my booking form with clear indication of price what....... shocking.gif

i believe buyers of block B would already have their price clearly indicated in the booking form. block A would be the one still pending an official announcement on the price...

For those who booked 2 beds unit with 904sf - Facing 50m swimming pool or children’s water play area.

Which side do you think is better?

hmm.gif
*
imho, both the north and south facing units are almost similar, but the north facing ones might have a slight edge over the south facing ones due to the following:

i) the oxidation pond is located around the right of the south facing units
ii) distance btwn block B and C is nearer compared to A and B
iii) children's water play area can be quite noisy

however having said that, some ppl prefer south facing units (for fengshui purposes) and north facing units will also have the ppr view on the left (for lower floor units)

Daigor... West South view ok?
*
haha, whether its ok onot is subjective bro. lemme just try to describe the surrounding view from ur unit. am assuming ur unit is a block B one. if that's the case, south west is prolly a type C unit..which living room faces block C and bedrooms are susceptible to the afternoon sun. there's a view of the lake on your right and not so much of a ppr view, which is a plus point. however, the oxidation pond is also right around the corner.

Layouts are different. As mentioned earlier they're bigger units. Maybe a couple of same types, but majority new layouts.

a lil birdy told me there may be duplex units..not sure how reliable this info might be though.

havent apply for loan / sign s&p yet bro. foresee those units to emerge only after unsuccessful loan applications as dun think anyone who thronged the sales office and queued relentlessly would wanna give up their units just like that tongue.gif

I been the sales gallery at Jln Kuching on last week, treat me like invisible but stayed and look around show room unit about 30 mins. No one entertain me not even come to say a "hi" and seek for assist. I fed up about this kind of service been treated. 1st time bad x10000000 experiences and impression. Good luck with those buyers and paid RM0.40 psf maintenance. Just sharing

sorry to hear abt ur experience too. for me, i was in shorts, sandals n crappy pasar malam t-shirt when i went over to the showroom previously. gotta say that i was impressed with their service as they were very frenly, helpful and didnt seem like they were judging me, unlike other sales office i've been too. but i did make the effort to initiate the conversation though as there were too many ppl in their showroom. aimed for the lengluis lar tongue.gif

like what tengster said, sometimes u just gotta be proactive to approach them for assistance. but i can vouch for tengster's lengchai-ness la, can get everyone up everywhere...hehehe
