Ic. For my preference, I prefer North or South.
I already expected most buyers would pick the East units due to facing KL n avoid West. The bigger size and higher price doesnt affected them to buy at higher price compare to the both smallest units facing West.
technically, there are only 1 unit each of "true" north n south facing units in block b, that being the type d1 and d2 904 sqf types. although type c1 and c2's living room faces north / south, its bedrooms will face the wrath of the evening sun. besides, type c's price point was a lil perplexing to me as those east facing 3r units cost a mere 10k more for an extra 60 sqf of balcony compared to the former. i would def add 10k and go for the east facing units too if i was aiming for the 3-bedders I already expected most buyers would pick the East units due to facing KL n avoid West. The bigger size and higher price doesnt affected them to buy at higher price compare to the both smallest units facing West.
